JPI Plans Addison Airport-Area Apartment Project

Irving-based residential developer JPI plans to build the 287-unit Addison Heights development on about three acres on Airport Road at Addison Parkway. The site is east of Addison Airport and just north is the new DART rail line that runs from DFW International Airport to Plano.

The construction of the project will begin early next year and will be opened in 2025. The 5-story rental project includes over 5,000 square feet of potential retail space on the ground floor. A 400-space parking garage serves the property, as well. The construction of the apartment project will begin at the beginning of next year and will be opened in 2025. Dallas architect GFF is designing the development.

JPI is one of the largest apartment developers in North Texas with over 5,000 units under construction. The developer recently announced a new partnership to build five apartment projects with 1,750 rental units in Frisco, Colonia, Northlake, Grand Prairie and Dallas.
