JPI Looking to Develop $65M, 380-Unit Multifamily Project in Lewisville

Prolific apartment developer JPI plans to spend up to $65 million on a 380-unit apartment rental project in Lewisville.

The project will be located at 4500 Windhaven Parkway. A public filing indicates the project is slated to start work later this year. The developer plans to deliver the project, to be called Castle Hills Marketplace, in 2025. Castle Hills Marketplace is a shopping and dining center in Lewisville.

The mid-rise apartment community will include one, two and three bedroom units along with 12 live/work units. Amenities include a leasing office, clubhouse, pool, courtyard, fitness and club room. Parking will include a six level garage and surface parking.

A Dallas Business Journal survey listed JPI as the top multifamily developer with nearly 2,200 units delivered in 2021 and over 5,000 on the way. JPI, Dallas-based Waymaker Partners and Madera Residential of Lubbock are partnering on five North Texas apartment communities totaling 1,750 units to be delivered in 2025.
