JPI Launches Construction on Love Field MF

Irving, TX-based developer JPI has begun going north on the first phase of Jefferson West Love, a 368-unit multifamily project at 2411 W. Mockingbird near Dallas’ Love Field. The residential rental project is part of the 35-acre West Love mixed-use development, scheduled for a 2018 opening.  JPI plans to develop hundreds more apartments in the development.

Construction is also underway on two hotels that are part of the project. The dual-branded Aloft and Element hotels are scheduled to open next year. The $200 million West Love, developed by KDC, will also offer up to 200,000 square feet of build-to-suit office space.
