JPI Begins Work on 761-Unit Lewisville Rental Community

JPI has started construction on Jefferson Castle Hills, a two-phase development that will bring apartment homes to Lewisville, Texas. Located within the 2,900-acre master-planned Castle Hills development, each phase of this new community includes a 5-story wrap structure with 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom homes, all equipped with features including private yards and balconies and a full-sized washer and dryer in each home.

Amenities include a fitness and yoga studio, dog park, private courtyards, multiple pool decks, and a dedicated parking garage.

Jefferson Castle Hills is located south of 121 between Castle Hills Dr. and North Josey Ln. Phase 1 includes 380 homes with 12 distinctive homes. Phase 2 includes 381 homes, two pools, private courtyards, and a pedestrian sky bridge.   

Jefferson Castle Hills’s first occupancy is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.
