JPI Adding 416 Units to Jefferson Mercer Crossing

Multifamily developer JPI closed the second phase of Jefferson Mercer Crossing, an apartment complex in Farmers Branch, TX. The Irving, TX developer is planning to add 416 units to the project, bringing the total number of units to 830. JPI launched construction on phase 1 in January 2017, with opening scheduled for fall 2018.

The complex is south of Interstate 635 and west of Interstate 35, and located near Las Colinas. On-site amenities include a CrossFit center, gated dog park, pool with swim-up bar and indoor fitness center and yoga studio. “This second phase will allow us to provide additional homes to the residents of Farmers Branch, a population that grows each and every day,” said JPI’s Matt Brendel.
