Joshua Beer Rejoins CBRE to Grow Chicago-Region Growth in Leasing Services
Joshua Beer has been named managing director, advisory and transactions services | occupier, for the Chicago region at CBRE. He will drive the region’s growth strategy for the leasing and consulting services CBRE delivers to occupiers of office, industrial and retail properties.
Beer joins CBRE from Zebra Technologies, where he served as the Global Head of Real Estate Strategy and Transactions. At Zebra, he was responsible for a global portfolio of 130 properties across 47 countries comprised of traditional offices, flexible and hybrid spaces, and warehouse/manufacturing centers.
He previously worked for CBRE in London as a senior director, advisory and transactions services. During his seven-year tenure, he established Advisory and Transaction Client Solutions in the EMEA region.
