Jordan’s Jumpman Brand Lands in DTLA
Connect Los Angeles is coming on June 21st. Here’s where to get more details and register.
Foot Locker plans to create a multifunctional, interactive experience for the Jordan Brand on the Broadway corridor in DTLA. A 19,000-square-foot retail, training, and playing space is envisioned to bring new life to a historical building at 620 S. Broadway owned by Los Angeles-based Javgho, LLC.
The flagship Jumpman store is planned as a destination for shoppers and “sneakerheads” for the latest styles. VIP services will be offered to players, and a 6,317-square-foot rooftop court overlooking Broadway is planned. There’s also training facilities and space for camps and events.
The historic three-story Schaber’s Cafeteria building’s facade will be preserved, and enhanced by a new, minimal and sleek storefront. A retail store is planned for the ground floor, while the second floor will have a movement/energy space, locker rooms, office and VIP lounge. The roof will be converted into an outdoor venue, with tiered seating surrounding a basketball court.
