Jordan Will Spearhead Lincoln Yards Leasing for Sterling Bay

Joy Jordan has joined Sterling Bay as EVP of its leasing services division, with a focus on the developer’s Lincoln Yards mega-project. She joins from Telos Group, where she was instrumental in building the company’s leasing portfolio from three million to 20 million square feet.

At Telos, Jordan spearheaded several of Chicago’s most notable redevelopment and repositioning assignments, including Willis Tower, Macy’s State Street, 300 S. Riverside, 20 N. Wacker and most-recently the lease renewal of USG’s global headquarters at 550 W. Adams.

“Joy brings tremendous experience and an extensive network to our overall leasing efforts,” said Andy Gloor, managing principal at Sterling Bay. “There is no question that her wide-ranging industry expertise will be an invaluable asset to Sterling Bay.”

Observed Jordan, “Sterling Bay’s culture is exceptionally collaborative, and I look forward to delivering results that will help to thoughtfully shape the community in and around Lincoln Yards.”
