Jonis Realty Sells 3 MXUs in East Village for $29M 

Queens-based developer Jonis Realty has recently closed the sale of three buildings in New York City’s East Village to Brooklyn-based developer Ryco Capital for $29 million.  

The properties involved in the sale are located at 127 Second Ave., 129 Second Ave., and 36 Saint Mark’s Place. These buildings are six-story mixed-use structures featuring a total of 10 retail units and 59 residential units, ranging from studios to five-bedroom apartments. Retail tenants include Paul’s Da Burger Joint, Taqueria Diana, Ramen Misoya, and B&H Dairy. 

Marcus & Millichap’s team, including Joe Koicim, Logan Markley, Zan Colin, and Matt Berger, represented Jonis Realty in the sale and procured the buyer, Ryco Capital.
