Jones Multifamily Plans MXU Development in Tempe’s Eastline Village

Jones Multifamily, LLC is seeking to develop a more than 200,000-square-foot mixed-use project on a four-acre site in Tempe’s Eastline Village. Plans were submitted to the city’s Development Review Commission by Gammage & Burnham P.L.C., on behalf of the developer for Blue at Eastline Village.

The project is envisioned for a pair of four-story buildings encompassing 187 units, and roughly 4,000 square feet of commercial space at Smith Road and Apache Boulevard. Plans include 123 one-bedroom units along with 47 two-bedrooms and 17 three-bedrooms. Nine of the units are designed as live-work spaces that will include up to 345 square feet of office space.

One building will house a leasing office and a co-working space totaling nearly 4,000 square feet. A 6,000-square-foot resort-style amenity with a pool and spa, barbeques, cabanas and lounge area sits between both buildings. Amenity spaces also include a gym/yoga studio, an indoor/outdoor gaming space, a courtyard and a dog park.
