Jones Day Signs 115K-SF Lease in Midtown’s Colony Square

Global law firm Jones Day signed a lease for the entirety of the six-story building 500 at developer North American Properties’ revamped Colony Square in Midtown. The 135,600-square-foot building will rise at the corner of 15th and Peachtree streets.

Jones Day will take approximately 115,000 square feet of office space. Plans include a dedicated Jones Day lobby on the first floor, along with 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Jones Day currently has more than 2,500 lawyers across 43 offices worldwide.

Construction on building 500 is slated to begin in March 2020, with an expected completion date of summer 2021. The new office is expected to house 250 lawyers and staff.
