Memphis, TN-based Jones Aur Commercial Real Estate has been added to the X Team Retail Advisors’ roster of affiliates.

Jones Aur was founded in 2021 by Memphis natives Dustin Jones and Jonathan Aur and is comprised of a team of eight commercial real estate professionals.

Since its formation, Jones Aur has brokered roughly 400 commercial leasing transactions valued at $250 million and encompassing more than eight-million-square-feet of retail, office and flex space properties for numerous local, regional, and national clients. The firm specializes in all asset classes in retail. X Team offers its affiliates, who head their own independent brokerage firms, a platform to leverage its roster of industry professionals with proven local market expertise.
