Jonathan Schlussel Joins the Family Business
After serving on the investment sales team at Colliers International, Jonathan Schlussel has come home to Key Properties in Teaneck, NJ, the firm founded by his grandfather.
“Our company has entered a period of notable growth, making this the perfect time for me to join the team,” said Schlussel, who is now involved in all facets of Key Properties’ operation, from development and project management to leasing and acquisitions.
Key focuses on value-added potential, and is a leading expert in brownfields redevelopment and condemnation proceedings, with a portfolio of 500,000 square feet and over 30 acres of developable land.
