Jonathan Rosen named Senior Vice President at JLL

Jonathan Rosen Joins JLL Retail Services Team as Senior Vice President

JLL announces the hiring of Jonathan Rosen as a Senior Vice President. He will represent institutional and local landlords to develop and execute effective leasing strategies. Rosen will work with national and regional tenants expanding throughout South Florida to secure and negotiate locations. He will be based in the company’s Miami office.

Rosen has already established a significant portfolio representing high-profile clients such as The Related Group, Rockpoint, and Continuum Companies. His work has taken him throughout South Florida with an emphasis on submarkets including Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, amongst others.

Rosen began his career in property management with Colliers before moving into retail brokerage with past positions held at Colliers, CBRE, and JLL over the past eight years.

Rosen is a native of South Florida and graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminology.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-servivr marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
