Jonathan Rose Companies, a developer and investor in green, affordable, and mixed-income multifamily communities, has appointed Virginia “Virgie” Barreras as its Chief Financial Officer.  

Barreras will oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, and corporate matters. She will also join the company’s various committees and contribute to its strategic growth. With extensive global real estate experience, Barreras previously served as senior vice president of Commercial Finance & Accounting at Brookfield Properties, where she managed global teams and streamlined processes.
