Jonathan Lee, Shahin Yazdi Join Colliers Mortgage

Colliers Mortgage, the debt financing arm of Colliers | U.S., has appointed industry veterans Jonathan Lee and Shahin Yazdi as executive managing directors in the firm’s Los Angeles office to expand its West Coast presence. The new Colliers team will source debt and equity for all categories of commercial real estate assets.

Prior to joining Colliers, Lee and Yazdi spent a combined 35 years at George Smith Partners and have collectively closed on more than $10 billion in transactions.

The team just closed their first deal at Colliers. It’s $14 million in construction financing for a 110,929-square-foot spec industrial property in Henderson, NV, a Las Vegas suburb.
