Jon Pezzoni Joins Hunneman’s Leasing & Advisory Team as SVP

Hunneman said Wednesday that Jon Pezzoni has joined the firm’s Leasing & Advisory team as an SVP and Principal. He brings more than a decade of experience across Greater Boston’s office, R&D and industrial markets.

Pezzoni was most recently an SVP at Avison Young. Since 2014, Pezzoni has been advising tenants, landlords, and developers throughout the Metro West, 495 West & South submarkets, devising and executing strategies that best position assets to maximize their value.

“Jon has built an outstanding reputation throughout the Metro West market by consistently delivering exceptional results for his clients,” said Steve Prozinski, CEO & COO of Hunneman. “His expertise across office, R&D, and industrial properties, combined with his collaborative approach and deep local relationships, make him an excellent addition to our Leasing & Advisory team. We’re excited to welcome Jon to Hunneman and look forward to the value he’ll bring to both our clients and our firm.”
