Joint Venture Spends $105M on E. Valley Business Park Portfolio
ViaWest Group and Walton Street Capital combined forces to acquire an industrial portfolio of fully leased buildings from a handful of Eastside business parks. The two firms paid $105 million for six buildings totaling 600,000 square feet. JLL represented the seller, TA Realty, and found the buyers.
Mark Detmer led the JLL capital markets investment sales team. Kevin MacKenzie led a JLL team that assisted in procuring the financing.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports, this isn’t the first time JLL has had a hand in the sale of the property. JLL’s Mark Detmer has more, “Having first sold the assets to the seller over five years ago, JLL again sold the assets on behalf of the seller’s current fund.”
