Joint Venture Slates January Groundbreaking for Streeterville Mixed-Use

A Jan. 11, 2023 groundbreaking is scheduled for the Saint Grand, a 21-story property on the northeast corner of Grand Avenue and St. Clair Street in Streeterville. With 248 luxury apartments and 40,000 square feet of office planned, the project is a co-development and joint venture between Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living Chicago Realty and Double Eagle Development.

The development will feature a mix of floorplans ranging from studios to two Bedrooms with an emphasis on in-unit workspaces and private outdoor space to accommodate post-pandemic renter preferences. There will also be a suite of amenities including an innovative package receiving service offering, state-of-the-art co-working lounge, specialized fitness center and outdoor pool and deck.

The property replaces a parking garage located at 535 N St Clair. The office will be ready for tenant buildouts to start in the third quarter of 2023, with the residential delivering in early 2024.
