Delightful Stockyards Resort

Joint Venture Pursuing $160M Stockyards Resort

Delightful Development Co. and Woodbine Development Co are joining forces on a $160 million luxury resort fronting Main Street and 23rd Street in the Ft. Worth Stockyards.

The project, situated on 3+ acres, includes 225 rooms and suites across two independently positioned luxury hotels, both sharing a subterranean parking garage. The project will feature:

  • A large resort-style pool with cabanas overlooking Marine Creek
  • Approximately 18,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 4,000 square foot event barn and lawn and a 7,500 square foot grand ballroom 
  • 4,500 square foot rooftop meeting space and outdoor lawn overlooking the Stockyards
  • A grand living room and lobby bar in each hotel with outdoor seating, fire pits, and entertainment
  • Restaurants and a rooftop bar with Stockyards, city, and sunset views

Both hotels will offer distinctive lobby bars, guest rooms, and food-and-beverage offerings.  

The project is being developed as part of a public-private partnership with the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County-TIF #15. Groundbreaking is targeted for Fall 2027 and opening Spring 2030.
