Joint Venture Buys Denver Industrial Storage Yard
IG Logistics and Meadow Partners paid $19 million for a 27-acre storage yard/trailer site in central Denver. The nearly vacant property is zoned for outside storage and includes a 10,000 square foot industrial building and 6,500 square feet of office space.
IG Logistics specializes in acquiring and developing infill assets in high barrier-to-entry, urban growth markets. The company focuses on last mile facilities that are mission critical to the supply chain.
Cushman & Wakefields Matt Trone and Joey Trinkle will lead the marketing effort. Trone says these types of parcels don’t come along every day, “This is a rare and very attractive piece of property readily able to meet the needs of the transportation industry by providing a large, ample area for outdoor storage and trailer parking.”
The site is near the confluences of a number of area freeways as well as the BNSF and UP Intermodal Facilities.
