Joint Venture Breaks Ground on Tampa Cold Storage Logistics

Representatives from Sansone Group, Mandich Group, and BentallGreenOak gathered last week to celebrate the groundbreaking for Tampa Cold Storage Logistics.

The joint venture is leveraging its collective expertise in commercial real estate investment, cold storage management, and construction build-outs to meet the demand for Class A refrigerated warehouse space in the region. Tampa Cold Storage Logistics is strategically situated near major highways and the port.

Construction of the 109,000-square-foot facility will be executed by Tippmann Construction. The building is expected to be completed early next year.

“Our vision is to provide small, medium, and large companies with the ability to efficiently distribute their products within a rapidly expanding market and throughout the state,” said Michael Mandich, Managing Partner at Mandich Group.

The Food Properties Group’s Scott Delphey and Matthew Delphey, along with Cushman & Wakefield’s Lisa Ross and Trey Carswell, will lead the leasing efforts.
