John Witherall Joins Kidder Mathews as SVP

Industrial real estate specialist John Witherall has joined Kidder Mathews’ Carlsbad office as an SVP, where he will specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties.

Witherall’s commercial real estate industry experience spans more than 13 years, most recently before joining Kidder Mathews with Colliers International for six years and Cushman & Wakefield before that.

During his career, he has completed more than 950 lease and sale transactions throughout North San Diego County. Some of his higher-profile assignments have included Oceanside Gateway Business Park, Santa Fe Hills Business Center, La Costa Meadows Business Center, Gateway@Mission and Del Abeto Commerce Center.
