John Winter Returns to CushWake Tenant Rep Group in Atlanta

Cushman & Wakefield expanded its Southeast team with the addition of John Winter who joins as a Managing Director of the firm’s Atlanta office tenant representation group. He most recently served as SVP at JLL.

Winter brings more than 14 years of regional and national experience in tenant representation and consultation. He will continue to represent large occupiers in a wide range of real estate activities.

Earlier in his career, he served at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was recognized as one of Atlanta’s top 10 commercial brokers, and among the top 100 at Cushman & Wakefield globally. He’s represented such clients as Drew Eckl & Farnham, CIT Bank, PNC and the Robert M. Woodruff Foundation.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates.
