John Sloot Joins Greystone as Managing Director  

Greystone has announced the appointment of John Sloot as managing director in Dallas, Texas. Sloot will be responsible for originating multifamily debt solutions across Greystone’s financing platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, CMBS, bridge loans, and proprietary loan executions.  

Sloot brings nearly two decades of real estate financing experience, with a focus on multifamily debt executions. Prior to joining Greystone, Sloot led a Dallas-based team at Lument, originating over $2 billion in debt products. He has also held positions at Associated Bank, AMCORE Bank, and MB Financial Bank. Sloot will report to Vince Mejia, senior vice president of agency production at Greystone.
