John Eichler Leaves CushWake for Avison Young

Highly regarded institutional agency leasing industry leader, John Eichler, joined Avison Young as a Principal and Regional Head of Southern California Agency Leasing. Eichler, who previously served at Cushman & Wakefield, is joined by Tyler Stark, who comes on board as an SVP in Avison Young’s downtown LA office.

The pair specialize in institutional landlord assignments involving the leasing, disposition and marketing of commercial real estate office and mixed-use buildings, as well as land and adaptive reuse development projects.

Eichler brings more than 35 years of experience and most recently served as an Executive Director in institutional agency leasing and capital markets at CushWake. He joined the brokerage firm in 1984 and has worked with such organizations as Barings, CIM Group, Mitsui Fudosan, and Beacon Capital, to name a few.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
