John Drachman Gets NAIOP Award

John Drachman, the founder and president of Stillwater Investment Group, has been honored by the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association of Southern California.

Drachman, along with 14 others, received the 2015 ‘Developing Leaders Award’. The award honors commercial real estate professionals under 35 years of age for their accomplishments in leadership, community work and other areas.

Drachman’s 11-year career includes transactions valuing $400 million. Last year, he founded Stillwater Investment Group, an Orange County-based real estate firm focused on acquiring office and industrial projects throughout California and Arizona.
