John Balestra Promoted at Trammell Crow Co.

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) promoted John Balestra to Principal with the firm’s SoCal-Los Angeles Business Unit. The 30-year CRE veteran will continue to be responsible for sourcing and overseeing new industrial development and investment opportunities throughout the Greater Los Angeles market. He previously served as a SVP.

Balestra is responsible for land and deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, entitlements, debt and equity capital relationships, vertical development coordination and project leasing.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Content and Public Relations for Connect Commercial Real Estate. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
