Joe Dowdle Joins JLL to Boost Hospitality Efforts

JLL’s Austin office continued its expansion, adding hospitality veteran Joe Dowdle to the mix. In his new role as Senior Vice President, Dowdle will work with clients on hospitality site selection and land transactions, as well as acquisitions and dispositions.

Before joining JLL, Dowdle was principal of Dowdle Real Estate, where he focused on hotel site selection and consulting.  His resume also includes positions with MDL Consulting and Marcus & Millichap. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin — McCombs School of Business.

“Joe’s diverse skillset and expertise strengthens our overall platform and increases the quality of services we can now deliver for our clients,” said Robert O’Farrell, Austin retail lead and managing director at JLL.

JLL’s additional hires so far in 2019 include Joe Barnes, Graham Schmergel, Kyle McCulloch, Travis Robertson and Sara Lounsberry.
