Jodie Poirier Rejoins Colliers to Lead SoCal Market

Colliers U.S. announced that Jodie Poirier rejoined the firm as Executive Managing Director and one of two market leaders in Greater Los Angeles. Poirier is the first woman to oversee operations across Greater Los Angeles for a major commercial real estate services firm. She joins Colliers from CBRE, where she held leadership positions in both Los Angeles and Boston over the last five years.

Among her shared duties, Poirier will have responsibility for overall business operations, talent recruitment and retention and client care for Colliers in Greater Los Angeles, and will directly oversee the Agency Leasing and Occupier Services teams across the region. Colliers has 200 real estate professionals, including some 125 licensed brokers, in seven offices in Greater Los Angeles.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
