Recruiting software developer JobDiva signed a lease expansion, bringing the company to a total of 21,000 square feet at 44 Wall Street, its Financial District tower. The expansion will add 3,300 square feet of pre-built space on the fifth floor to the 17,700 square feet it currently occupies on the 16th and 18th floors.

“The new 44 Wall Street continues to attract and foster a vibrant community of creative, media, and technology brands,” said Scott Silverstein of Equity Office.

JobDiva was represented by Douglas Elliman Commercial. Equity Office was represented in-house by Silverstein, as well as by CBRE.
