JNR Sells Middleborough 100-Room Hotel

JNR has sold a 100-key Fairfield Inn & Suites Raynham Middleborough/Plymouth in Massachusetts. The price was not disclosed.

The hotel, located at 4 Chalet Rd., sits on 2.45 acres and underwent a $3.3 million ($33,000 per key) renovation completed in Q2 2018. The property is located at the confluence of Interstate 495 and Route 44, near Route 24 interchange and is four miles from the Commuter Rail, offering guests transportation to Boston and other nearby destinations.

The JLL team was led by Alan Suzuki, Matthew Enright and Emily Zhang.
