Affiliates of Tannenbaum Capital Group committed to a $36.6 million financing of the CollectionSuites, an industrial-for-sale development including two projects located in Doral and Palm Springs, Florida. The sponsor, JMF Consulting, is headquartered in Doral.

Groundbreaking is now underway for CollectionSuites Palm Beach, with completion anticipated by early 2027. The facility will feature 20 premium suites.

The Project introduces a new standard in luxury industrial real estate, offering suites crafted for collectors. Each space features 21-foot ceilings, showroom-style layouts and a mezzanine lounge. Both the Doral and Palm Springs locations will feature a private clubhouse with curated amenities, creating an environment where owners can showcase and preserve their most prized possessions.
