JMB Group Claims 77-Unit Hamilton Place in Value-Add Play

JMB Group Property Management acquired Hamilton Place, a 77-unit, five-building apartment complex in north central San Antonio. The Austin-based JMB Group bought the Class B apartment complex from Vergara Properties One LLC for an undisclosed price.

“The San Antonio market is experiencing tremendous growth, creating great value-add opportunities for investors like Hamilton Place,” said Moses Siller with JLL, who led the team representing the seller. “The property provides great upside and will surely benefit from the right strategic additions. Our team is thrilled to assist with this transaction.”

Hamilton Place is located 1622 and 1650 Jackson Keller Rd., near North Star Mall and the Alamo Quarry. The deal includes the 2.02 acres on which the property is located. Onsite amenities include a swimming pool, new laundry facility and dog park.
