JLM Planning 255-Unit San Antonio BTR Community

JLM Living acquired a 28.9-acre site in North San Antonio, Texas. The closing paves the way for the development of a new 255-unit build-to-rent community located at 1799 E Borgfeld Road, within the Kinder Ranch master plan. 

The Eleanor Kinder Ranch will offer residents the lifestyle of a single-family home with the added convenience and amenities of a professionally managed rental property. 

The new community is projected to break ground in late Fall, with the first units estimated to be available for lease in late Q4 2026. Upon completion, the 255-unit development will feature a comprehensive suite of amenities, including a modern community center, a fully equipped fitness center, a swimming pool, and expansive walking trails. JLM will soon deliver its first unit of The Eleanor San Antonio, a 252-unit project (photo).
