JLL to Market Headquarters Block at Base of Seagram Building

JLL was selected by RFR Realty LLC to lease a unique headquarters block of 272,628 square feet at the base of 375 Park Ave., also known as the Seagram Building. The firm will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for this block of space in the Plaza District landmark.

“For the first time in over 15 years, there will be a new anchor tenant opportunity at the Seagram Building,” said JLL’s Paul N. Glickman. “Together with RFR’s vision and expertise, our plan is to leverage the classic features, robust infrastructure, outdoor roof terraces, best plaza and Park Avenue location, large efficient floor plates and significant branding opportunities with various new and industry-leading amenities, in order to appeal to the needs of today’s large headquarters occupiers.”

Glickman will oversee the leasing assignment with colleagues Peter Riguardi, Cynthia Wasserberger, and Benjamin Bass. They’ll work closely with RFR’s AJ Camhi.

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Wednesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click here.
