JLL To Consolidate San Antonio Offices

JLL announced plans to consolidate its two San Antonio offices, and several business lines, at McAllister Plaza, a new office just west of the San Antonio International Airport. The new office, at 9601 McAllister Fwy., combines JLL’s local office with those of Travis Commercial Real Estate Services, which JLL acquired in July 2016.

JLL has been operating out of office space at 14100 San Pedro Ave., while Travis Commercial was already in place at the McAllister Freeway address. According to local media reports, the Chicago-headquartered JLL bought Travis Commercial to boost its South Texas expansion, and to acquire a property management and agency leasing portfolio totaling 1.8 million square feet and 3 million square feet, respectively.

The new office was designed by a team that included Big Red Rooster, which is under the JLL corporate umbrella. JLL’s Project and Development Services group managed the construction project.
