JLL Team Will Lease Up Skokie Research & Lab Campus

JLL was selected as leasing agent for the Illinois Science + Technology Park in Skokie by American Landmark Properties. The firm will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for the research and lab campus, which offers 500,000 square feet of existing Class A office and laboratory space, along with shovel-ready build-to-suit opportunities.

The assignment will be spearheaded by managing director Scott Brandwein, EVP Jake Ehrenberg and associate broker Max Zwolan. They will work with American Landmark Properties’ Barbara A. Carley and John Roeser.

“The state-of-the-art campus is strategically located within proximity of major universities including Northwestern University, a variety of life science research hospitals, and leading companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and diagnostic, clean energy, food science, chemical, material technology and nanotech fields,” said Brandwein. “Together, this science cluster and the park’s amenities provide an unparalleled opportunity for research and collaboration in the area.”
