JLL Taps Multifamily Specialist for Central OH

JLL has hired Matt McCune as SVP, based out of Columbus, OH and working closely with the firm’s Chicago and Minneapolis offices. McCune will advise clients on multifamily sales, with an initial focus on Central Ohio.

McCune joins JLL from Cadence Real Estate Investment Group, which he founded and owned. He’ll partner with SVP Paul Smith, with whom he recently worked on the sale of a Class A property in the Columbus region.

“I’m thrilled to not only work with a close friend, but to be able to provide consultation to owners of multifamily in the Ohio markets,” said McCune. “By the same token, I’m eager to leverage the vast platform that JLL has to offer, including its access to regional, national and global capital for our clients. This access to capital, combined with the full-service advisory of Paul and I, creates unprecedented value to our clients and the region.”
