JLL Tapped to Market 137-Unit Mixed-Use Portfolio

JLL Capital Markets has been retained to sell the S&H Portfolio, a collection of eight mixed-use buildings. Spanning 84,472 square feet, the portfolio include 137 apartments and 15 stores spread across the East Village, Lower East Side, Greenwich Village and the Upper East Side. It was assembled over 30 years and has been self-managed by long-term ownership.

The JLL team marketing the portfolio includes Vickram Jambu, Hall Oster, Guthrie Garvin, Rob Hinckley and Teddy Galligan.

“This is a portfolio of well-located properties with very good base building conditions and legacy finishes,” said Oster. “Buyers will be excited by the strong in-place cash flow, clear value-add opportunity and strong retail locations.”

All eight properties in the portfolio are transit-oriented and lie within walking distance of multiple subway lines. They include 38-40 Carmine St., 90 Rivington St., 96 Orchard St., 156 Orchard St., 126 First Ave., 153 Ave. C, 181-185 E. Houston St. and 310 E. 93rd St.
