JLL Tapped to Lease Ramsey Offices

JLL has been selected to market 500 N. Franklin Tpk., a 141,000-square-foot office building in Ramsey, NJ, on behalf of New Jersey-based Highstone Equity Group.

The JLL team leading leasing and marketing the property will include executive managing director Frank D. Recine; SVP Derek DeMartino; and associate VP Colleen Maguire.

“500 N. Franklin is uniquely positioned to accommodate New Jersey tenants seeking top-of-the-line amenities, ample interior and exterior windows and a highly convenient location,” Recine said.

He added, “The Class-A office building’s recent renovations and exposed common outdoor courtyard create a dynamic atmosphere ideal for companies seeking superior office space.”

The owners recently completed a capital improvement project for the property, which was built in 1989. The three-floor building is currently 80% leased, with 25,785 square feet of office space available for lease.
