JLL Tapped to Lease Metro Atlanta’s Largest Rail-Served Logistics Facility

JLL has been tapped to lease Platinum Distribution & Rail, a 972,35-square-foot rail-served logistics facility in Henry County. The facility, which previously served as a Toys ‘R’ Us distribution center, is the largest rail-served logistics facility in metro Atlanta.

LRC Properties acquired the facility earlier this year, and has invested $10 million in a capital improvement project. The 154-acre site has active Norfolk Southern rail service to the existing building, which has a clear height of 49’ feet. The facility is also equipped with a full racking system with in-rack sprinklers, and an automated conveyor handling system.

JLL Managing Directors Stephen Bridges and Chris Tomasulo will lead marketing and leasing efforts for the property.
