JLL Tapped to Lease Media Arts Building in Gramercy Park

JLL has been retained by A. Shalom Realty & Management Company to lease 220 East 23rd St., the Media Arts Building, a 12-story, 141,000-square-foot office property in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood. Managing director William Korchak, SVP Edward DiTolla and associate VP Henry Warner will lead leasing at the property. 

Originally constructed in 1921, the Media Arts Building features amenities including tenant-controlled air-conditioning, polished concrete floors, in-suite restrooms and oversized operable windows ideally suited for small creative firms, technology companies and professional service businesses. 

Prebuilt units ranging from 1,000 square feet to 8,400 square feet are currently available. Current building tenants include DiMassimo Advertising, Mophonics, Organization of Staff Analysts, Digital Pulp, the School of Visual Arts and City MD. 

The property is located between Second and Third avenues, with nearby attractions and institutions including Baruch College, NYU College of Dentistry, Peter Cooper Village and Gramercy Park.
