JLL Tapped to Lease Manhattan West Offices

JLL been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the office component of Brookfield Properties’ seven-million-square-foot mixed-use development at Manhattan West. The JLL team will work alongside Brookfield’s in-house team to attract leading tenants.

The JLL leasing team will be led by chairman and president Peter Riguardi, vice chairmen Paul Glickman and Matt Astrachan, executive managing director Christine Colley, SVP Kristen Morgan and VP Seth Godnick.

“Manhattan West is one of the city’s most impactful mixed-use projects, transforming an underutilized area into a vibrant, 24/7 cultural campus,” said Riguardi. “Its extensive amenities make it a powerful destination for all.”

Glickman added, “We’re thrilled to build upon JLL’s decade-long partnership with Brookfield as exclusive leasing agents at Manhattan West.
