Piedmont Office Realty Trust has tapped JLL to lease Galleria, a five-building, 3.1 million-square-foot office complex in Atlanta’s Northwest submarket. Adam Viente, Jeff Bellamy and Claire Ross of JLL will handle the leasing assignment.

Piedmont Office Realty Trust is nearing the completion of a number of property-wide enhancements at the 37-acre office complex, including a complete lobby renovation, a 9,000-square-foot athletic club and fitness studio as well as a four-acre central park with planned outdoor exercise and yoga programs.
