JLL Tapped to Lease 766K-SF Industrial Facility in Metro Memphis

Atlanta-based investor and developer IDI Logistics has tapped JLL to lease 12815 Stateline Road, a 766,080-square-foot industrial facility located at the Crossroads Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. Olive Branch is approximately 22 miles south of Memphis.

The facility marks IDI Logistics 12th building in the Crossroads Distribution Center, a 475-acre, master-planned industrial park totaling over seven million square feet. The facility will feature 40-foot clear heights, 173 trailer storage stalls and 150 parking stalls. The building also has the potential to accommodate a 383,040-square-foot expansion, which would bring the total size to nearly 1.2 million square feet.

Russ Westlake and Jack Wohrman of JLL will lead marketing and leasing efforts at the property. JLL also handles property management for Crossroads Distribution Center, which is currently home to a number of Fortune 500 companies, as well as a mix of pharma-related tenants, including Milwaukee Electric Tool, AmerisourceBergen and General Electric.
