JLL Tapped to Lease 240K-SF Office Property in Nashua, N.H.

The John Flatley Co. has tapped JLL as the exclusive leasing agent for 300 Innovative Way at Nashua Technology Park, a 240,000-square-foot office building in Nashua, N.H. Brian Tisbert and Matt Perry of JLL have been given the leasing assignment.

The property is located within the 675,000-square-foot, interconnected Gateway Hills community and is directly off of route 3 at exit 1 in Nashua. The Gateway Hills community consists of on-site apartments, restaurants, retail, fitness and hotel options. Amenities at the office property include a full-service cafeteria, a modern fitness center, outdoor patio with a 1-mile walking path around Gateway Hills, designated gaming areas, tennis and basketball courts, a putting green, athletic fields, outdoor amphitheater and an 80-person auditorium.

“This rare, sizable opportunity offers the peace of a suburban office, surrounded by amenities as well as the potential for R&D, Medical Device or Lab space,” said Tisbert. “We’re excited to expand our partnership with the John Flatley Company and find the perfect tenant(s) to occupy this highly-sought after space.”
