JLL Tapped to Lease 1M-SF Industrial Facility in Jackson County

JLL Atlanta’s industrial brokerage team has been tapped to lease the McClure 85 Logistics Center, a 1 million-square-foot industrial facility in Jackson County.

The facility will be developed on a 105-acre site within McClure Industrial Park, a 920-acre master-planned industrial park that can accommodate up to 8 million square feet of industrial space. The park is located 55 miles from downtown Atlanta and 60 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Delivering in 2021, the speculative building will feature 40-foot clear heights, 470 off-dock trailer parking spaces and onsite truck queuing.

Bob Currie, Reed Davis and Brad Pope of JLL will handle marketing and leasing on behalf of the owner and developer, Pattillo Industrial Real Estate.
