JLL has been selected by Trammell Crow Company and ReThink Capital Partners to handle the leasing of medical office space at 201 and 251 National Harbor Boulevard in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

The two medical office pavilions, totaling around 200,000 square feet, include 75,000 square feet available for lease. The pavilions offer a wide range of medical services, including surgical procedures. JLL’s Matthew Coursen, Conn Curry and Andrew Thau will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of the medical office space.
