JLL Tapped to Shop Around 3000 Skyline

A partnership operating under the name Chapman & Wilson LLC is ending its hold on the 752,000-square-foot 3000 Skyline, a data center located in Mesquite, TX. The ownership has hired JLL’s Craig Jones, Terry Darrow and Randy Touchstone to lead the facility’s marketing efforts.

In addition to the facility and its extras (including a fully-redundant telecommunications infrastructure design perimeter security fencing and 47 KVA electrical service), the deal includes 40 acres of available land, that can hold an additional 700,000 square feet.

“3000 Skyline is one of the most unique assets of its kind in North Texas and the U.S., given its mix of power, water, rail and expansion land, able to serve a variety of uses and companies,” Touchstone said.
